May. 14th, 2013 10:58 amGenerally I like Tuesdays because Nicki goes to work about an hour before I even have to start getting ready, so I'm home by myself and I can just sit down and write, or work on a photoset, or whatever fandom nonsense I'm super involved in at the moment.
Not so much today, and that's frustrating. I want to make things, but I don't know what to make, and it's infuriating.
I kind of feel like I've run out of ideas. I'm working on a big crossover fanfic (which is away at beta right now, so I'm not really keen to start messing with it again) but tbh it's kind of a lazy crossover and the plot is still developing. But the problem isn't really with long fics, because I can write epic multi-chapter fic until I die from it. I just seem to be totally incapable of putting together a short fic.
Especially annoying, as I used to do it all the time.
Possibly contributing to my writer's block: weird dreams where Jon Hamm was a Nazi war criminal and no one cared except me.
